It provides branches of the military access to certain student information which would have been denied them under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The request must be made in writing, on letterhead. The request may be mailed, hand delivered, or emailed to registrar@uah.edu. The request: Must state reason as "Student Recruiting Information" Must state that the received data will be returned or destroyed upon completion. Data provided will be for current semester only. Requested information will be provided in an Excel file as an email attachment.
