32 CFR Part 117.10 (b) states that personnel may be subjected to a Personnel Security Clearance (PCL) reinvestigation as specified by the CSA.
ORS will notify the faculty, staff and students who hold a PCL when they are within 90 days of their reinvestigation deadline.
Faculty, staff and students who have been notified by ORS to complete the reinvestigation process will have 30 days to submit their forms properly in the DOD Official System of Record or their PCLs with UAH will be terminated.
ORS will provide information, tools, and support to complete this process.
